Job Title: Fibre Planner

Reports to: Head of Planning or Project Manager

Role

To ensure that all jobs are planned with technical and commercial efficiency in line with client and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

To ensure that:

Survey works are programmed to meet client and Plancast work requirements
Relevant information is obtained prior to the survey visit
Necessary permissions are obtained
All survey work is carried out ensuring satisfactory standards of performance regarding Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
All surveys identify on and off-site hazards/risks and proposed control measures
Proposed survey solutions take account of the health and safety of the network installers and the practical aspects of completing the work
All photographs are clear and comply with GDPR requirements
All tools, equipment and plant used is safe, in good working condition and is accompanied by any necessary certification
Survey documentation is clear concise and complete and returned within agreed timescales
Any other duties as required are performed in an effective and timely manner.
