Before founding Plancast Limited, Chris was the head of the Planning at a large US telecommunications solutions company.  

 

Prior to that, he was the Project Manager for a number of large European Companies in planning of Cable TV systems and high speed broadband across Europe before becoming the MD of a telecommunications SME in 2001.
 

He has many years of experience in all forms of telecommunications, computer-aided design and railway signalling design.  Holding qualifications in Business Studies, Business Administration and Project Management and IOSH accreditations.

Paul joined Plancast in July 2022 as our Head of Programmes & Business Delivery after a long and successful career at Virgin Media Wholesale, working in different business units over those years and has been responsible for multi-million pound projects ranging from Telefonica to H3G, 4G and 5G backhaul contracts. 
 

Paul was promoted to our new Operations Delivery Director in 2024 after proving to his fellow directors his ability to lead our teams and deliver to our clients.

Pete joined Plancast in June 2014 to bring his extensive health & safety and compliance experience. Having worked for major telecommunication providers and principal contractors in both engineering and management roles Pete brings years of experience to Plancast.  

 

He has a background in the practical aspects of external telecommunications network planning, construction and maintenance; experience and knowledge in health & safety, quality management, training and process engineering.

Pete holds the highly prized NEBOSH certificate for health and safety and is our lead director for bringing Plancast the ISO accreditations over the next year.
